Our pet puppies sell for $2750.00, excluding shipping.
Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing a breeding puppy.
We register applications on a first-come, first-served basis, secured by a $500.00 booking fee. The fee is non-refundable.
What to Expect After Submitting Your Application
- We will contact you when your application is accepted or if your check has been cashed that means you are on a list for a puppy.
- We will contact you following the birth of your Australian labradoodle puppy and send photos.
- You will receive bi-weekly updates and pictures of the litter or your puppy.
- We will work with you to arrange travel for your new puppy. Various options are available.
- After reviewing allergy requirements and temperament evaluations, Log Cabin will choose your puppy and notify you. Don't worry. You are included in this process. We DO consider all your input. Remember, just because you have fallen in love with a photo doesn't mean that it will be the perfect puppy for you. Keep an open mind.
- Following allocation, Log Cabin will mail you a Warranty and Health Contract to sign and return it to Log Cabin.
- You welcome your new puppy into your heart and home.

Payment Schedule
- The full price of an Australian labradoodle puppy without shipping or "extras" $2750.00
- Deposit to hold your spot $500 ($2750-$500= $2250)
- Payment after puppy is born $1125 ($2250-$1125= $1125)
- Final payment excluding shipping or "extras" $1125 ($1125-$1125=$0)
- Final payment must be paid at least one week before the puppy going to its forever family.
- Return Policy: If your puppy/dog has to be returned to LCL for any reason other than genetic reasons deemed to be true by a licensed veterinarian LCL will rehome said puppy/dog and refund monies collected from the new forever family. This amount may be less than the full sale price as it will be a puppy that has to be rehomed.
- LCL has a maximum of 12 full months to rehome a puppy and/or return funds to the original forever family.
Transport
to Southern Maine, Southern New Hampshire & the Boston Area. We also offer a National Delivery Service for our Australian labradoodles, please inquire.
